Transfer Registration Issue and Inquiry Form

Thank you for reaching out to the office of Undergraduate Admissions. If you are unable to register for fall classes due to missing official documents not yet submitted to the Undergraduate Admissions Office, or you have a registration hold, please fill out and submit the following form. You will receive an email response from an Admission Counselor within 24 hours or less. If the form is submitted over the weekend, the Admission Counselor will respond the following Monday. This form will be available through the last day of orientation, September 9, at 5:00 pm. Inquires after that date can be submitted to admissions@ucr.edu
