Deferment Request Form

    Students who are unable to attend for the quarter admitted can request to defer admission to another quarter. Please complete this form to be considered for deferment. Your program will review and notify the Graduate Admissions office of their decision. Once the decision is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of that approval and a revised offer of admission. Revised offers for Fall 2021 will be sent out December 1, 2020 - January 31, 2021.

    The Graduate Admissions office is unable to cancel deferment requests, if our office has already started the process of changing your admission application.

    All request forms must be submitted by 11:59 PM (PST) on 11/30/2020.

    Registration is no longer available because the event has been cancelled.
